“It was a very bad experience buying a vehicle from this location. They seem to trap customers into the sale and then ignore all issues afterward. The vehicle clearly had tire problems, and I requested a re-inspection, but they denied it and instead forced me to pay $1,000 more on the price. Before the purchase, they promised to provide the title number within 4 to 7 days, but after I bought the car, their attitude completely changed. Now they ignore my calls and don’t even greet me when I visit, simply because the sale is done. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.”
