I own a 2023 Clubman and brought it to Sterling for occasional warranty work and services when I lived closer. They have an attentive tech that understands these cars and owner concerns. If I live closer I would definitely go back.

The repairs department has this down to a science. Text-based communication, a video sent of the inspection's highlights, digital approval processes and each customer gets one real-time dedicated service rep taking care of them through the repair process. Jeff Shade took care of me this last time and he was excellent. He listened carefully and made sure my specific needs were met. He helped us reduce the total cost by finding coverage under warranty and he did a good job communicating through the repair. I would be happy to have him take care of my family and friends' car repair needs.

I had an excellent experience working with Jeff Shade at MINI of Sterling. He was competent, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. Jeff made everything seamless and stress-free, keeping me informed and handling all the details with professionalism. It was truly a pleasure working with him, and his customer service sets a high standard. I highly recommend asking for Jeff if you want a smooth and positive experience! I encourage BMW of Sterling to take some training from Jeff and learn about customer service as their advisors were completely the opposite!

Angel is a very professional, helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He helped us learn more about the vehicles we wanted and walked us through each step. He spent so much time with my daughter and taught her everything about her new car making her so comfortable and super excited.
