“My experience was a nice experience. Went in inquiring about a car I seen online. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get that one but they were able to get me into somthing much nicer then what I had. I was helped by Chris and Keith. Both super nice and very helpful in explaining everything. Im happy to do business with them again!”

“Resolved issue, but took a while. Seamless purchase, but issues afterward.
Firstly, I take the blame for buying a vehicle with (minor) damage. Not smart. There was a small to medium sized dent in the rear passenger side door. (A small ding on front door didn’t bother me enough to complain.) Before I signed the contract I had them include in print that they would repair rear door damage free of charge.
Once a time convenient for me and the repair shop (at a Kunes RV sales in Sterling) could be arranged, I brought my vehicle in for repair. I was given a free loaner.
The repair took a couple days longer than expected, but the dent repair itself was flawless. The issue was with the paint match.
I contacted Keith (one of the managers) and he said they would respray once cleared with the GM. A month went by without word. I was unhappy and contacted him again. At that point he got the ball rolling quickly. My new paint match is near perfect. I will leave a separate review for body shop. They went above and beyond.

From start to finish, my experience with Kunes CDJR of Sterling was absolutely top-notch. Scott helped me place my custom order through Dodge and kept me updated every step of the way. His communication was excellent and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, as this was my first new car purchase.
When my vehicle arrived and I went in for the sale, I immediately felt comfortable with everyone I met. The entire team-Scott, Josh, Ryan, William, (and everyone else) was friendly, professional, and genuinely excited to help make this process as smooth as possible.
