“Mike was an excellent car salesman. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He really went to bat for me and helped me get the best car on the lot. I originally agreed to one vehicle, but he later called to offer an even newer model at a better price. I truly appreciate all his help and will definitely be sending others his way!”

“Hunter listened carefully to my needs and found a truck that matched my requirements perfectly. He joined me for the test drive, patiently explaining every feature I wasn’t familiar with and demonstrating how they worked. In the end, I drove home in a vehicle that not only met but exceeded my expectations—at a fair and competitive price. The entire experience was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.”

“This dealership failed to deliver a vehicle in safe, properly maintained condition and then refused to take responsibility when that lack of safety resulted in a real incident. I purchased from a seller named Brian.
I purchased a used vehicle at approximately 48,000 miles. The dealership kept the car overnight to replace a part and delivered it to me after dark, limiting my ability to fully inspect safety items at pickup.
After driving about 5,000 miles (the vehicle is now at ~52,000 miles), I took the car to an oil change shop. At that time, I was informed that all four tires were bald and unsafe. I had not realized the severity of the condition prior to this inspection.
Shortly after, while driving in wet conditions, I hydroplaned while turning onto a ramp and struck the ramp. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this was a direct safety incident caused by insufficient tread depth.
Uniform wear across all four tires does not occur in 5,000 miles and indicates the tires were already near end-of-life at the time of sale. When I raised this with management, I was told the tires tested in the “yellow range,” not red, and that I had purchased a used vehicle. However, failing to disclose that all four tires were near end-of-life is unethical. Had this been disclosed, I would have negotiated replacement tires at the time of purchase.
Additionally, when I took the vehicle for its oil change less than two months after purchase, the shop sent me back to the dealership after determining the oil filter had never been changed. I also discovered the vehicle was out of windshield washer fluid, despite it being something I rarely use.
Management ultimately offered to replace only one tire and required me to pay for the other three, continuing to emphasize the 5,000 miles I drove, rather than addressing the fact that the vehicle was sold with unsafe tires and incomplete basic maintenance.
I have a child, and this situation was dangerous. This was not normal wear — it was a failure of inspection, disclosure, and safety standards. I strongly advise future buyers to inspect tires and maintenance items in daylight and get everything documented in writing before purchase.”

“The reason I gave 4 stars is simple. I would have given them 5 stars. Joey was amazing as my salesperson and the sales manager was amazing. But the reason for 4 stars is the prices of vehicles has gotten ridiculous. Interest rates are hurting all of us. Me and my family put off buying a vehicle well over a year but got to a point where we had no choice. I did end up purchasing a 2026 Ford Explorer ST. This is our third one. When we bought our first one, it was only $35,000. This new 1 was $64,000. That is ridiculous. They are putting too much technology in the vehicle. It will fail 1 day and cost a ridiculous amount to fix This being the third one of the exact same model All we really care about at the end of the day is the large horsepower. And the leather seats, which they took that away. Also, now it is some type of material and suede. We will see how that holds up.But I am not going to hold my breath”
