I pre-ordered a truck in 2022 and chevy being chevy order what ever they wanted not dealership fault what was there fault was the insults of me not buying something I didn't want. 2025 November 26 I had finally got my pre-order deposit, they said I would get that back that same year. My new truck that I took there to get fixed did not get fixed. I took it to Everett were they actually communicated with me and guess what they even fixed the truck that same week. There's more I could say but in short, dont buy,pre-order, or have services here the experience is awful. Please dont reply with a "talk to this number" because I tried and nothing was done so dont waste your time trying to get management to do something.”
