“I never leave reviews and rarely give ratings. But with the amazing job that Mike, Carl, Paul, Maurice and Jacob did to make sure I got the car I wanted for an unbeatable price, I had to take the time to let it be known. To try and make a long story short, I narrowed my options down to two dealerships in two different states. Murray in Florida and one in another state (which I'll spare their name and location for grace purposes). I originally locked in with the other dealership, but that deal was slowly falling apart due to many delays by them and the lender they used. Murray kept in contact throughout that process, and not in an aggressive salesmen way either. They sensed that other deal wasn't going the way it should. Carl asked what he could do to make Murray my 1st choice. I told him and they delivered and won me over. I requested cancellation with the other booking and went with Murray! Maurice helped get me a deal for a newer version of the car I wanted with 10,000 less miles for a better price than the other dealership could do. Even the APR was a whole percent lower. Considering that I'm out of state more than 900 miles away, they didn't turn me away or let the distance stop them from giving me the best deal possible. They made the process as easy as it could be. Jacob, who was in training, was cool and got me the Gap and Warranties I needed and didn't try to stack the deck on me. He and Maurice respected my budget, which meant a lot to me. Mike even went as far as share advice on how to handle the other dealership who dropped the ball on the original deal. He helped me get my deposit back faster as well as cancel that booking. And Carl took all precautions and initiatives to make sure my vehicle got shipped to me for the best price. Even gave me recommendations. And he and Mike didn't rest until my car got was delivered. What stood out most to me about all the names mentioned is the fact they're all genuine and honest, which is rare with most dealerships.
