I finally decided on Saturday morning the day that a major snowstorm was to hit the DC area, the day before my husbands birthday , to move forward with the purchase. I was way too busy to go in person. Rene reassured me that I could do all the paperwork online. But the truck was in Ashland and I really wanted it here in my driveway for my husbands birthday when he came home from work.
