FROM THIS DEALERSHIP *** Purchased a 2019 BMW 10/4/2025 **1st red flag Calvin from sales called me 7-10 time to ensure I was coming in VERY PUSHY MAN*** 2nd ๐ฉ Ace the used car manage told me to voluntarily report my current vehicle to get the sale of the new vehicle ???? . Also follow you first mind all scam artist .. Vehicle starting giving me trouble on 10/24/2025 low coolant alert , check engine called the dealership was told to add coolant ??? On a vehicle that should have had a 5 point inspection ?? Called several times to
Speak with Ace the used car manager still awaiting a phone call until this day 11/11/2025 . Spoke to several staff members and was told they are super busy and would call me back . OF COURSE BECAUSE THE SALE IS COMPLETED your pushed to the back now . Finally call back again and after 13 phone calls spoke to Joe the new car sales manager who advised me
To bring the vehicle in for inspection. This vehicle was purchased less than 30 days ago they provided no assistance in picking up the vehicle and every call was unanswered. Even when I trying to confirm the service address . **I get my car towed in to the service department only for find out I have a coolant leak , which leaked into my engine and I needed to approve the removal of my engine to check for a broken gasket which may or may not be covered and I could or could not be on the hook for $1400.00. After paying $500 for a tow .. For a CAR I PURCHASED NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO WITH ALL THE BULLSHIT WARRANTIES **Sue from sales try to upsale as being so good and we cover any and everything WHICH IS A LIE.. All and all the worst car purchasing experience EVER . Look elsewhere you get the run around no help Or solution ON THE SALES TEAM . I do have to say Chris from service and Joe the new car manager have been of the most assistance during this process. CALVIN, ACE AND SUE TERRIBLE.. Save yourself the headache look at other reviews which was my mistakes Google them..โ
