“Awesome service. Travis was able to care of my transmission problem even though I dropped the car unexpectedly and unscheduled. He was professional at all times even though I might have been impatient at times. Hats off to Travis and the rest of your service staff. Thanks..Graham westphal Great service 👍”

“My husband and I had a very positive buying experience at the dealership with our salesman, Marcus. I initially found the car online, but Marcus' willingness to work with my need for additional information is what ultimately bought us to the showroom. LOVED that he wasn't pushy and respected my restrictive work timetable. We were literally scheduled to drive to NY to see virtually the same car for $1000 less. Happy we went with Reedman!”

“I had a great experience buying a new car at the Springfield location. Marcus was wonderful to work with. He listened to my needs for a new car and found my perfect match. He worked well as the liaison between me and the financing department and I appreciate his kindness and patience. He made an intimidating process very stress free for me.”

“I bought my car at a local reedman and I get it serviced at Springfield. I paid for the tire protection. I sent my wife in and the technician threw the spare in the trunk. What kind of trash service do give here? If my wife was single what would she do with a spare sitting in her trunk and not put back underneath her Cherokee where it belongs??. I worked in the Industry and it was standard at that time to wash all cars that were serviced. Waited 3 hours for an appointment for one tire. I’m blown away by the lack of service.”

“Went in for oil change and rotation. My mom’s car she gave me and recommended here cause she had one last free service. I went in and they said it already expired two months ago which, it had been five months since they last serviced it (Even though my mom said it ends during the end of the year). I didn’t think it was a problem cause I thought it was miscommunication. The original estimate was $160 since no free service apparently. Eventually the worker came back and Tried to rob me with an estimate of $545.51 for swollen lug nuts and oil change and tire rotation. After I declined they didn’t do my rotation cause of the lug nuts and I didn’t pay anything for the oil change because the worker said he “read it wrong” and I still have a free service left. Now maybe I can assume this is where the miscommunication happened as per chance the free service was only for oil change… but how does the estimate change from 545.51 to $145 when they gave me my receipt? But the principle behind this is the only reason I’m writing this. You deserve a place that has good character, integrity and respect for whoever shows up in their space. Not fear-filling but community building, cause that’s the only way to get things done properly.”
