“Our 2017 CRV battery was replaced at Bill Marine three years ago. When it recently lost its charge, we brought it in. They tested it and found it defective, so they replaced it at no charge. It’s great to have honest, dependable service like that!”

“I called right at open so I could squeeze my car in on a Friday. They were able to accommodate me the same day, and stay in contact so I was able to get my car before I had to go to work. Everyone was extremely professional and nice, and the work was done in a timely manner for a fair price. Would recommend!”

“Avoid this place. They are what is wrong with the auto industry. They will try to take advantage of you if they think you don’t know about cars. If you are a woman for example.
My ex wife took her car there after her battery died and they tried to get her to spend an additional $4,000. In the end I was able to get what they recommended elsewhere for less than half.
They presented what was wrong with her car as ‘you can’t drive it off our lot unless this work is done’. Like it would not drive. That was totally false and when I went and talked to them and clearly I know about cars ‘it would be better to have it done before driving it’ was their story.
The car had fuel injector issues that caused warning lights to come on related to the emissions system. It was not running perfectly but was totally safe and she drove it for 2 weeks before getting it repaired elsewhere with no issues.
They also refused to give her a trade in value on her car unless she came back in person. They were trying to force her to get repairs when she wasn’t sure if she should spend the money to or get a new car.
Awful business with awful, dishonest people working there. Don’t support this behavior.”

“Their service is the best and staff in the service area are excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and i always give them 5 star.. Thry are one the Springfield's finest compare to all the other service like Jeff wyler who has the worst service department who works there not the mechanics but in the service department and their prices are so jacked up and if you buy car from them it's another challenge so I would appreciate if all the people who use honda service department give them a five star review.... I always will....”

“Performed regular service, new tires and found battery was not performing to recommend specs. Reviewed history and determined it was a warranty replacement. Very appreciative of their support.”
