We buy a new car every year. Frequently, more. The deal wasn’t too bad and it didn’t take too long, considering we were the first deal of the day. But man, did they go out of their way to give me a crappy interest rate. I have super credit. What’s a guy supposed to do after 3 hours of waiting? Once the sale was done it felt like the sales department abandoned me and wanted nothing to do with helping me. Thank goodness Daniel in the service department is my service advisor. He didn’t get any commission for selling me this car but this is the guy I see frequently and that I have to establish a relationship with. Isn’t that what the sales people guys are supposed to do? Don’t they want me back for my next purchase? Don’t they want me to say what a great experience I had to all my friends? So, service department A+. Sales department B. The best compliment is that this is not a Corwin dealership.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new vehicle from them. I had a trade-in of an older diesel with some negative equity, and they were incredibly accommodating in helping me manage it and securing me a 2026 Nissan. I highly recommend their sales agent, Jeremiah. He was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me.

Of course i wanted a used Ford Mustang. Springfield Nissan made me an offer that I could not refuse. The finance manager a beautiful woman seemed upset when I refused an extended warranty. Sometimes I will show her using math that this was not a wise idea at this time. A consumer can get this later. She should not be treated badly for her view. We all know it is a free market economy. She is great at her job. I give Springfield Nissan an A+ rating. Besides the car is only worth $18,000 You know that is a deal. Not that I am rich, but that carcwill get me to work to whare I can work hard and earn more income. Thank you Springfield Nissan

Visited Matt at Nissan on 08/27/25 to see if we could make a deal on a Nissan Pickup. After walking the lot several times I did find the one I liked. Matt got the numbers that worked for me and financing was easy . This is our third vehicle we have purchased from Springfield Nissan and probably not our last.. Great job .
