“Wanted to give you a short 😅 story about Reliable Toyota here in Springfield. I owned a 2023 Nissian Frontier that I purchased in Joplin, MO. , 80 miles away,because I refused to do business with the Nissan dealership in Spfd. To me service is everything. Toyota in Joplin is owned by the same man. So when my Girlfriend, who lives near Bull Shoals Lake, needed a truck, we picked out a Tundra in Joplin. Unfortunately her 36 inch inseam didn't fit well in my Frontier. She loved her Tundra, so I came to Reliable Toyota in Spfd. I was fortunate enough to hook up with Logan as my Salesman. I built my Limited Tundra many times before, and Logan help was excellent! I loved my Frontier, but you do what you need to do! Logan's help is what customer service is all about, and we ordered my 2026 before the trucks were being delivered. When my truck was delivered, Logan had his hands full going over all the bells and whistles. So much so, that I came back the next two days for more instructions😅. I love my truck, but more importantly, I believe in the service that Reliable Toyota adheres to, and the great people that work there! Ask for Logan, he's a great kid, he knows his stuff and bends over backwards to do and help you with whatever you need. Thanks again Logan...”
