“If this parking lot is owned by Mazda and they are parking cars for Mazda in there is balise not required to clean the side walks for the pedestrians? The whole rest of Main Street is safe for walking until you get to this parking lot. Extremely inconvenient to push a 4 month old baby in a stroller through this and having to walk in the street.. shame on balise”
