“While the process of buying a car at balise was incredibly simple, they sold us a car with a massive crack/gash in the bottom of the car. When we brought it back they insinuated it was our fault, they reviewed their photos which proved they sold us a car with a broken part. How they sold us a car with a massive crack is beyond me, but then again they didn’t even detail the car until the day we actually picked it up, even though we fully paid for the car 3 days before picking it up. We are going to get the entire car re inspected now from a separate, trusted mechanic because I honestly don’t believe they do any checking of the cars. Not to mention it took 3 weeks to book the appt for them to actually fix their mistake. I am leaving my former 5 star review only bc Eddie was extremely helpful in the purchase of the vehicle.”

Jonathan was amazing and made the whole process stress free and fun. He went over all of the details of the Kona with me and answered any questions I had.
