and they gave me exactly what I was looking for on my trade in. No mark ups, no hidden fees or gimmicks unlike there main competitor in Spokane hint hint wink wink. Would highly recommend Wendle Ford.”

“Mobile service is great! Teresa really made me feel like a VIP when she sent a van out to do a few recalls on my F-150. The mobile-mechanic, Tim, is as handsome as he is knowledgeable and got those recalls taken care of in short order. I will definitely be recommending this service to others!”

“Hope to be a Wendle Ford customer for life. The Sales Team respected my feelings, didn't make me feel like I was cheese on a board. John and Justin worked together to help me get a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport, answered all of my questions, accommodated all my requests -- and even better, John OWNED a Bronco so he really gave me the "first hand experience" around the Bronco. I never felt pressured at any point to make a choice or buy a car right now (which is hard to find in a car dealership to be honest). Faheem, the finance manager was awesome too -- we talked about kids, family and life for an hour and he made me feel like I was more of a friend than a quick cash grab of a customer. I love how Wendle is family owned and passed down from generation to generation. Traded in my 19 Ford Fusion and was impressed by the reasonable offer that allowed me to rollover some capital into my Bronco. I wanted to buy a Ford because I'm a "made in America, by American companies" type of guy, and was happy when Wendle represented the Ford company as I was hoping. Took my Bronco in for a ceramic coating a week or two later, they called me to schedule, got me in quickly, and did a great job. I later purchased some winter floor mats from the parts team, and had a good experience there too. When the Sales, Finance, Service & Parts team all give you good experience, you know it's an all around good company across every department. I already am scheming up some plans to jump into a Ford Truck and can't wait until the day I walk back into Wendle Ford and receive the same experience as when I purchased my Bronco.”

“I had the absolute best experience when purchasing my vehicle from Wendle. The staff were genuinely kind, and the process felt great. However, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing.
According to the CarFax and what I was told, my brakes had been replaced and the vehicle had recent maintenance and an oil change completed at Wendle. Nothing was supposedly wrong with it — just a 2015 with 96k miles. Seemed like a great deal.
But within two days of owning it, the brakes started squealing. Shortly after that, my car began rapidly shutting off while driving. I took it in, and the diagnostic list was nearly five pages long — needing a new negative battery cable and monitor, new brake pads, new calipers, an oil change, transmission fluid service, and a long list of other repairs. Almost $8,000 in needed work, and I’ve owned this vehicle for less than 3 months.
A $25,000 vehicle needing $8,000 of repairs right away — that’s unbelievable. I’ve submitted multiple contact requests because calling gets nowhere, and I haven’t received a single email response back.
I have two little kids and really needed a reliable vehicle. Having this all happen right before Christmas has been incredibly stressful.

“I would absolutely recommend Wendle Ford for your car buying needs. I have bought all three of my cars from Wendle Ford and have always had great experiences. I recently bought a 2024 Expedition and it was a seamless and smooth transition from the time I walked in the door to when I signed papers and walked out. Aura did a great job of listening to my preferences and wants, and did an amazing job of finding me my dream car. Ben and Kevin were also apart of the process and were very sweet and supportive. The trade in process was easy and hassle free. Absolutely love Wendle Ford and the team that works there and can’t recommend them enough.”
