“Well, I am SO happy with my experience. I had been looking at 2 other dealerships in the area but Lithia earned my business. My salesman was Travis (who actually works out of their Camp Chevrolet joint) and he was great. I then met Jennifer who made me SO comfortable. She is incredible and so kind. Jennifer and Travis worked hard with me to get me a payment I was comfortable with as a full time college student and building credit. The other blonde woman (I am forgetting her name) who handled my warranty and registration paperwork was a JOY. She made some great points about coverage and was SO knowledgeable. I say all of this because buying should also be an experience. I had a wonderful, 5 star experience. I am thrilled with my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lithia has my business when I graduate and am ready for something new. I will definitely tell my friends. I highly recommend Lithia, and, Travis at Camp Chevrolet.”

“Bought a new 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie with Ly Le as my salesperson…….I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed and had a GREAT experience with Ly Le doing EVERYTHING from the initial meeting me at the dealership to watching me drive away in my new RAM 1500 ! I would ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT hesitation, NO doubt recommend Ly Le when you are in the market for a new OR used vehicle !! In fact I enjoyed my time SO much with Ly Le (imagine saying THAT during the experience of buying a truck at a dealership !!) I firmly believe Ly Le should get an immediate increase in salary from the Lithia Automotive Group !!”

“Had a positive experience buying my used vehicle- Ly was awesome, communicative, and very helpful as a salesman. I bought the vehicle less than a month ago and I already need a tire replacement (they said impact likely led to damage on the tire, but I haven’t hit anything besides maybe a few small potholes in the 600 miles I’ve driven it so far). All four tires were technically good enough to pass inspection, but service let me know I should consider replacing them all soon. I wish the dealership had gone more above and beyond, rather than just meeting minimum requirements, or at least verbally disclosed to me the condition of the tires pre-purchase. You don’t expect to have to buy new tires for a vehicle you bought a month ago from a dealership, and they were clear that this isn’t something they would compensate me for.”

“Experience was just all around terrible to be honest. Whatever happened to salesman. Aren't you supposed to sell me the car? Make it an enjoyable experience, exciting! Instead after I drove 8 hours to look at the truck, he knew when my arrival was. The truck wasn't started, warmed up, or even detailed. After waiting 45 minutes, and being asked to come in and fill the paperwork out while the truck is still being detailed and washed. I felt insulted and immediately refused to finalize paperwork for a truck I haven't even seen clean or test drove. Robert decided to take another customer on a test drive during this time. Pretty weird. I happily left that dealership without the truck! Lesson learned. When buying a vehicle, half of the experience is the SALE!! Be careful shopping here!”

“The dealership was patient with us and then they weren't. We had a deal in place and were scheduled to go in and sign the paperwork and finish the deal but a few hours before we had an appointment to go in they sold it. The salesman told me that it's too bad I had not completed the deal when I was there. I guess you snooze you lose is the message I got from that. I can only imagine the scummy salesman pushed the sale as if you don't buy it now, it won't be here later. So they made their sale but not to us. Total bogus how they did this to us. I would not give this place one star if I didn't have to. But it reminded me these are car salesman and unfortunately majority of them give you the impression that your business is important until it isn't and they screw you over in a heart beat to get a sale. If I can help it I will never give Lithia my business and if you read this and honesty and truthfulness matters to you, then you probably shouldn't give them your business either.”
