“Freddy Gruber is a top notch human being first and foremost. He prioritizes the customer above anything else. Genuinely cares about his clients and their needs and Freddy does everything he can to accomplish the clients goals and take care of them.
I have now purchased three different vehicles from Mr. Freddy and each time it has been such a smooth and painless experience! My wife and I used to dread going to the dealership… It was always such a long and painful process.. Then we met Mr. Frederick and it has been such a breath of fresh air. “This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. I was driving my raptor down to the raptor rally and my check engine light came on. Tim Dahle dealership gracefully added me to their schedule and got me out in about an hour and this included some warranty work as well. Simply put, I cannot recommend this service department more. I’d especially like to say thank you to Kevin Vrooman and Luke Miller for managing my expectations, working the schedule so I could continue my trip amd spending the time to walk me through the specifics. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough!”

“Drew is new to Tim Dahle Ford from another dealer where he had a lot of experience (explained this to us while we were there) and so it was a new connection made there at the dealer. We originally made a plan for the evening we stopped by to tour around locations that had some EV cars, both used and new, in which we thought we might (eventually) be interested. However, Drew and the team allowed us to pretty much test drive anything we wanted--we drove the used Mach-E GT they had and decided we were no longer interested in trying the Premium or Select trims at that point--and helped us look through options from Ford and from Tim Dahle for saving some money. He ran some scenarios with the manager/finance manager and came up with a lease term that we thought was great and fit our desire to try out a Mach-E GT with a 2-year lease (we don't put a lot of miles on each year) and were super happy. Then! When the detailer had to leave (actually night detailer not there) Drew jumped in with another sales person and cleaned up the car we chose for delivery. Super happy with what we bought and super happy with Drew and the rest of the team. It was also a LOT faster process than we'd ever had with our preferred (Different Brand) dealer nearby that we'd bought our last four or five cars with, so we were impressed with that too.”

“Super pleased with the service group and the sales team. I was certainly disappointed to learn that the “lifetime” warranty that is prominently displayed and talked about doesn’t apply to many vehicles—including the one I was looking at and test driving. Disappointed that this fact was not shared with me until we were doing financing-especially after I had commented on it multiple times. Loving our new expedition tremor.”
