“I've been to quite a few dealerships and this one just makes the sales process easy for their customers. I helped a family member purchase a used car here and then I leased one a few weeks later.
There's no BS, they're not adding line items to the end of the price that aren't necessary. It's just the price, minimum fees, and tax.

“Unfortunately I had an absolutely horrible experience while purchasing my new Chevy HD truck. I bought a 2026 demo with 3k miles which I found on their website. Without getting long winded, this deal required details to be worked out over the phone since I was making the deal while being out of town. Getting a return call was impossible. I was the one who had to follow up after every step in the process. Almost ZERO effort put forth from my salesman. Reluctantly I pushed forward to make the deal happen. I’ve never worked so hard to give somebody $70,000 in my life! Taking delivery followed suit with more lack of effort. The dealership literally knew I was picking up the truck and had a week to prep the truck before I got there. When I arrived it hadn’t been touched…road salt, interior garbage, dirty floor mats, etc… I had to wait two hours for it to be cleaned. And don’t get me started on post-purchase experience. Before I drove my new truck off the lot I snapped a picture of my beautiful new purchase. I didn’t notice there was a small door ding on my driver door (and it definitely wasn’t pointed out to me by the dealer). When I realized it was there I pulled up the picture I took at the dealership. The ding is clearly visible in the picture. I sent an email to my salesman asking if they could pop it out. As usual, no response from my salesman. After I followed up 2 days later he finally told me they were refusing to repair the dent. Big surprise. Chevrolet should be ashamed to have this dealership in their line-up. Serra should change their name to SORRY Chevrolet.”
