“It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for the dealer to take a look to my vehicle. Once they inspect the vehicle it was found that a communication module is defective and there are no parts in stock to fix it. So I had to take my vehicle back until the part is in stock. But they warned me about the expectation on getting the part available will be really long. It could take more than a month and there is no estimated date yet. So even Im paying for the onstar service I will not have it for about 2-3 months since the failure and until the vehicle is hopefully fixed.”
