“I am a little dissapointed in my experience. 2 years ago I bought my car from Southaven Honda and had a great experience and walked out same day with keys in hand. The other day I went in for a service on a recall and the actual service was fantastic my car is fixed! With that being said, when I called to schedule my appointment I was told there would be a shuttle or rental car available for use, but when I got there, neither was available. Then when I was going to pick up my car, I noticed my car was wet, figuring they hosed it off, I went about my day. Come to find out when I was backing up, my camera showed my license plate bent and flipped up. I'm assuming the hose caught it when it was yanked while washing my car. I just was not impressed with my experience this go around.”
