“Love the customer service. As a woman I didn’t not feel lost or taken advantage of. My price was extremely cheaper than competitors prices. They explained and communicated every detail about my service. They provide shuttle rides which were very clean and comfortable.”

“We were traveling from Iowa to Mississippi when our check engine light came on just north of Memphis. We drove on to Southaven and contacted Jimmy Gray. We expected to hear that they were booked up and couldn't get us in. Instead, Morgan told us that they prioritize travelers and got us in the very next morning. Within a short time, they had analyzed the problem and gave us an estimate for the repairs to be completed that day. Unfortunately, there were some additional issues that took them more time to analyze. We ended up being there about 2 1/2 days. But the work was completed, and the final charge was spot on with the original estimate when they probably could have charged us much more for the additional problems. A special shoutout to Morgan for getting us in quickly. And to Shane the Service Mgr for staying on top of the repairs and keeping us informed. And to Bill, the driver who saw us to and from our motel during the repairs. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area.”

“Only good thing about this place is that they worked with me on getting my truck in quickly to basically rebuild my engine. I was there on work and needed it to get home. Ended up not being done in time but they still worked with me.
Now the problem.
While dealing with them and my bill continuing to rack up to a cost of $6600. I was told by Shane the service manager and Morgan my service advisor that they were going to help me out and change the labor rate from $201/hr to $175/hr as well as knock off 2 hours of labor. Additionally Shane told me they had a 10% code for service he would be able to use to help me out.
When I went to pick up my truck my price was knocked down to $6400.... thats no where near the discount on labor rate alone not even considering the 10% code he talked about. When I brought this up, morgan rattled off giving me a 10% discount after commenting on how they "already knocked off $200" like we hadn't discussed the discounts multiple times before.
I ended having to pay $6200 due to a, in my opinion absurd 3% credit card fee for using the barclays credit GM credit card that gm gets a kick back on that they sent me links for signing up for.
When just speaking with Shane about these issues and seeing what he can do about the rates and discounts we spoke about not being given (he was on vacation when I picked up my truck), he told me there is nothing he can (willing) to do about it. Im not sure why there is not way to refund me a portion of money to honor what we discussed but I guess thats just the shady way of business standards that they hold them selves too.
I also never got any pictures or proof of the damage t to my engine that I requested when I first found out about these things. So there's always that you can add to the list.
I had high hopes for this place when we first started working on my truck. I would now never recommend them.”
