“I worked with Soloman and bought 2 cars. I told him my specifications along with what my payment needed to be. He had a full line up for me and made sure everything fit the specifications along with the payment I needed. He was very transparent, honest, and up front. I'm very thankful I got him as our salesman.
Houston was our Finance Manager, also very up front and did not try to sell on anything extra. I am eternally grateful for this opportunity to work with those two on this whole process.”

“Called up Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne for a preowned Nissan Armada my wife and I were interested and spoke to Dawson. He was very professional and easy to work with. He got the car ready prior to us arriving and let us go on a test drive. Afterwards we worked with him and his manager Connor to make a deal.
They were not pushy at all and addressed all our concerns with buying a used vehicle. We reached an agreement and they made the whole process very easy!”

“To be fair, I really do love the truck, but the purchase process at Tim Dahle Nissan in South Jordan left much to be desired. The dealership itself is clean, modern, and initially, the service was good. My first salesman was fantastic, patient and accommodating, especially since I was initially just checking out the truck. He ultimately offered me a deal that convinced me to proceed with the purchase.
Shortly afterward, another team member approached me with a pamphlet about additional services, which I clearly declined. Believing our negotiation was already finalized, I went into the finance office anticipating simply finalizing loan details based on our agreed upon terms, not expecting further add ons. Consequently, I signed the paperwork quickly, assuming everything was as agreed.
Unfortunately, upon reviewing the paperwork at home, I discovered approximately $4,000 worth of additional warranties and add ons ("Service Contract," "Red Alert," "Forever Start," and "Accessories/Options") that I had not knowingly approved. I had a witness present during the signing, and these items were not explained or documented at that time.
I immediately returned to Tim Dahle Nissan South Jordan to address these charges. They informed me that the charges couldn't be directly removed, even though the financing hadn't yet been fully processed. Instead, they provided cancellation forms and indicated a refund process of up to six weeks, which seemed excessively long. Further complicating matters, their cancellation department stated certain services like "Forever Start" and "Red Alert" were non-refundable, yet they haven't provided any clear explanations or documentation about these charges.
Despite multiple follow ups, including visits, calls, texts, and emails. I still have not received any detailed terms or explanations of these added services.
While I truly enjoy my Nissan Frontier, I strongly advise future customers of Tim Dahle Nissan in South Jordan to be vigilant in reviewing their financing paperwork, or consider a different Nissan dealership altogether. Carefully examine each line item, ask thorough questions, and confirm all terms clearly before signing. Based on my personal experience and after reading other reviews, there appear to be transparency issues within the finance department. I'm grateful I noticed this quickly, but I remain cautiously optimistic about receiving the promised refund.
UPDATE – They did credit $3,184 back to my account, and I appreciate that. However, I still have not received any documentation explaining the remaining non refundable add ons (“Forever Start,” “Red Alert,”) or instructions on how those services can actually be used.”

“The service department at this dealership is highly disappointing. We paid around $500 for underbody soundproofing goo on our new Nissan, expecting full protection. Unfortunately, the service was incomplete and utterly insufficient.
​The team refused to remove the existing factory sound guards and plates, claiming they "don't remove any parts" for this application. This means the soundproofing was only applied to exposed areas, leaving the majority of the vulnerable metal unprotected. Amberly and the on-site service manager confirmed this ridiculous policy.
​It is particularly disappointing to see this low level of service when General Manager Tyler Slade actively advertises that customer satisfaction is the dealership's top priority. My experience proves otherwise. I have since called the General Manager directly and left a voicemail hoping for a positive resolution.
​Warning to Future Customers: Do not waste your money on soundproofing protection here, and be extremely wary of any service advice given by this department.
Update- they called me later same day, I talked to the guy who sold me the soundproofing, who just called to confirm per service advice, they will not remove the plates to spray the car with soundproofing. They offered to re-spray the same spots. Total lack of common sense to offer the exact same service without any improvements. I thanked them for nothing.”
