“I don't even know where to begin... can I just say that I love my new car??! these guys absolutely hooked me up. jeepers, the experience with the sales reps was seamless, and their lack of pushiness made me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process. although the bank account is now drained, I can't wait for another car shopping experience like this when that time comes!
shoutout to my Son In Law Levi! he got me there and he deserves a million raises.”

“First, the dealership is beautiful. Second, Nick was absolutely world class in his customer service experience. He was highly communicative, helped my wife really understand the feature differences between all of the trim levels and made the whole buying experience a 10/10. I will buy all my future vehicles from Riverton and Nick!”

“Overall positive experience with these guys. Salesman weren’t super pushy and worked with me on most things to arrive at a decision and I’m stoked with the car I bought. (Used Toyota 4Runner) things that were annoying or just frustrating is them installing a 400 dollar screen protector that is passed on to the buyer. I fought on that for some time but they worked with me enough on the actual vehicle price so I caved but I hate when dealers do this and in no world is a screen protector worth 400 dollars. Last thing was the salesman that helped me was friendly and helpful during the test drive and questions about the car. The morning after the sale, I realized I left my sunglasses in the car I traded in and reached out to the salesman to grab them for me. A reasonable easy request… he said he would grab them and then I never heard from him again. I followed up multiple times over the next few days with no response. I then had to call and ask the finance manager for his help and he was able to get the glasses… So the salesman didn’t even get the glasses on my first request. Just lame and poor communication once he got his pay. I understand he’s moving on to make more money and get new clients but that just felt like an easy ask and since I was no longer his customer he couldn’t have cared less.”

“I bought this 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 18 months ago. I found the truck online and contacted the dealer and asked specific questions about condition. I asked about rust on the rocker panels since this is a problem with this model. I was told that there was no rust. As it turned out the rust had been painted over as the picture indicates. I suspect that the dealer knew about this and may have been the one who painted over the rust. However, I can't say that with certainty.
This review has been UPDATED with 3 more pictures added. This dealership, Riverton Chevrolet, either placed aftermarket fender flares over the extensive rust or knew about it and lied to me when I asked about rust prior to buying. The red flag should have been the flare covering a portion of the truck factory emblem, but I missed it, as a naive consumer. One can be sure that it was noted when the truck was taken as trade in. The Riverton Chevrolet consumer protection staff said that they will not take any responsibility for what they did. This is a sad terrible business model. Keep that in mind before you do business with them.”
