“Lindsey F here. I must say this is by far the best experience I have had with a car dealership personally in my life. We worked with Dionne, and he was just phenomenal. He's a very kind man, and I instantly felt like I could let my guard down with him. I was so impressed with him and finance, and how much they worked with us and how fair they were. They're definitely businesspeople—all car dealerships are—but there was literally no stress in the negotiation process. I honestly had no intentions of buying another car this soon. I was going to replace my battery next spring and get some new brakes at next inspection but we were starting to look now while we were still in control and so wed narrow down what i want when the time came. They were so fair we just had to make it work! I'm not sure if I will buy or get into a new lease at the end of my lease term, but what I do know is that I will be back to Stateline Subaru when it's time to make that decision. Nothing but good vibes from this place. I still cannot get over how hard Dionne worked to get me into my car quickly on a schedule that worked for me, even after they already got my first lease payment. No stress, no hassle, no aggravation, and the best part was that Dionne's personality and demeanor didn't change after he made his sale. He was with me, all smiles until the very end.
