“Although my 2012 bmw X5 repairs outweighed the value of my vehicle and I opted to junk it. Mike and the bmw team took very good care of me from start to finish. When I am in the market to purchase another newer model vehicle I will definitely be going the bmw route and the Cleveland/Solon location will be my 1st stop. What I want people to know is Although the price of life currently is expensive the cost of great customer service is priceless and that is what I experienced in my recent visit. Thank you to Mike Kruty and the entire BMW service dept staff, you are truly appreciated!”

“I received a loaner vehicle with slightly more than 3/4 tank of fuel, even though the loaner agreement states it should be provided with a full tank. I took a photo and asked multiple staff members whether this needed to be addressed, and I was told each time that it was fine. When I returned the vehicle, I explained the same situation again to the staff handling the return and the transaction, and was once more told not to worry about it. Despite this, I was later charged for fuel that I should not have been responsible for. In addition, the waiting time for regular maintenance was excessively long, taking a total of three days. Update: One of the service managers, John, called me the following day, explained the situation, and refunded the overcharge. The issue was resolved promptly.”

“I’ve been a customer of BMW Cleveland’s Service Center for years and I can’t say enough about the level of service I consistently receive. The service manager, Bill Holden and service advisor, Cameron, went above and beyond during my last visit to make sure everything was taken care of. The entire service staff is always friendly, attentive, and professional. Most importantly, they worked on my car with the utmost skill and attention to detail. While there’s another BMW service center closer to my home, I will continue to choose BMW Cleveland for all of my service needs. If you need service, all of the service advisors at BMW Cleveland are excellent, but I highly recommend asking for Cameron—he will take great care of you.”
