“Great place, Great people, Here's my story. Had been looking for a Infiniti Q70L with the Bose premium surround sound system. (VERY RARE) and found on. I'm in a different state so I did my app online and got called back with in 10.mins by a sales guy named James, I've never bought a car from a dealership before so I was new to the process and would call about a million times a day. They always answered the phone and took the time to explain everything. I drove 12 hours to pick it up, got there and there were a few things about the car I didn't like. It CLEARLY SAID AS IS on the window but the owner (Chris) refused to let me leave until I was happy. (Misty) Store manager walked me thru all my paper work and worked extra hard to make sure I was happy with all the numbers in the end. I had a trade in and they gave me a great number for it as well. I can't complain!! If your in the market for the Q70L they have a few more. Better get there and get them before they are gone! “Getting close to the six month mark of ownership on a vehicle bought from Zeke's and I had agreed to leave a review as part of my purchase. Mike (sales) greeted me a during a busy time and was extremely helpful and professional, I really enjoyed talking with him during our time. Their process is simple, I didn't spend a ton of time waiting or listening to a spiel on the dealership. There's a lot of inventory to choose from and they religiously use the Car Gurus app which is how I found them. Over all, this seems like a decent place to purchase a vehicle from. I looked over the inventory and finally decided on this Honda. The car was close to a NADA dealer cost and close to what I was looking for in a vehicle so I sat down to negotiate. I was informed of sizable dealer fee that was non-negotiable, but after stating my position and my cash offer we struck a deal with a promise I would leave a positive review. Since I've already spoke of the positives I'd like to leave my honest opinion of what I bought.. After almost 6 months into a low mile Honda Civic , I have replaced the clutch, O2 sensor, and fixed an evap leaks (so far) and I believe there may be more. I need to state that no one but "I" was responsible for having this vehicle inspected before the purchase and that the invoice clearly states "no warranty", but after my mechanic telling me that bolts joining the transmission and engine together were missing and a check engine light coming on within a month makes me weary of my purchase and the dealer. I suspect the car was repaired at some point, not sure if it was under Zeke's position or someone else's. I won't blame Zeke's for the missing bolts or the check engine light that came on soon after I took ownership, but I will say to make sure that you have your vehicle checked out before a purchase is made.”
