Communication was lacking, expectations were not clearly managed, and the overall customer experience fell well below what should be standard for a certified dealership. At this point, the service department would strongly benefit from a review of its leadership, processes, and customer service standards. There is clear room for improvement in accountability and organization. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to restore confidence in their service team.”
