“If u got ur act together, it will be a breeze. Because, they really got their act together. When I arrived from Charlotte, NC Jessica greeted me with a hug. So u feel good about giving up ur money...LOL But ur gaining a real nice car in return. They have an awesome selection.. One unfortunate experience ....I discovered the touchless lift gate wasn't working so I took my car to the dealership. It was discovered that someone cut the wire so the repair would not be covered under the warranty. After informing Universal Auto (Sean, owner) about the issue I was given a hard time regarding the repair. This changed my initial rating since it was definitely not the service I would have expected after purchasing the vehicle and discovering this feature was not checked prior to selling the car. I was able to have the repair done at a reasonable cost which Universal Auto did pay for it.”
