I recently purchased a Silverado 1500 RST from Jeff Schultz at Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, Maryland, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Jeff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck, not just making a sale. He took the time to walk me through every feature of the Silverado RST, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jeff’s professional yet personable approach gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. I got an incredible deal. The dealership itself was friendly, efficient, and transparent from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my new Silverado or the service I received. Highly recommend Jeff Schultz and the team at Sport Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Friendly customer service, efficient service. I live in Falls Church but prefer Sport Chevrolet over the closer dealers, who rate very poorly in service. The Lyft from and back to the dealership made dropping off the Volt painless. I also appreciate that there were detailed explanations about the why the repairs/services needed to be made, about what specifically was being fixed or prevented. Two caveats: I had asked for an estimate in writing but instead received an email that I had to click through, approving each suggested fix one by one, before I could see the next fix or a total list and price for what was being recommended. Second, when I picked up my car I was told there was a 3% charge for using a credit card. I very much would have appreciated being told that in advance so I could have brought my checkbook. That said, everyone was professional and friendly and there was never a hard sell on the repair or prevention services. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

I had an amazing experience with Calvin and Cam! I got the car I wanted, they made sure to send me videos because I live kinda far. Overall great experience and have recommended them to everyone that asked.

I recently purchased used GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition One from Sport. Thaiz was very friendly and helpful and worked with me on price to compete with another dealerships pricing on a similar truck. They have a strong knowledge of EVs which isn't always the case and have followed up to make sure I am satisfied. There were a few small things missed when they did their CPO check out (dead fog light), but I should be able to get it repaired under warranty at a Service Center closer to me.

The service here is awful. Brand new work truck EV bought here 6 months ago. Electronics board and tonneau cover went to crap so covered under warranty. They took a day with my truck just to tell me they didn't have parts. EV tech couldn't even be bothered to put the piece of paper addendum to the user manual (recall notice work) into the user manual. He just left it crumpled on my seat. So four or 5 weeks later parts are in I schedule an appointment. Drop my truck off first thing and ask if I can be done by noon, guy says no problem. Got a Lyft to the job site. I hear nothing. I call at noon and I'm told "oh the truck is being disassembled now won't be ready till this evening" I call at 330pm and ask what's the deal? I learn from Someone else that actually no one has touched my work truck because I left some tools in the bed and I have a dog bed for my service animal which has dog hair on it. No one called me to tell me there was any issues. I spoke to Rob the manager who had no idea what was going on. I told him everything and said I'd be there in 30 minutes to talk to him. I show up and he's in his office on the phone. My truck is out front. Untouched. Rob couldn't manage to come circle back with me after his people have screwed up two days of my time (and soon a third) for 3 hours of warranty work? My service advisor finally called me back and told me that apparently the one and only EV tech here doesn't care about their job because even the service adviser was telling me how this dude is being a problem. That my service advisor even offered to move the tools with the tech but apparently that wasn't good enough. It's a work truck. There aren't that many tools. And you should have told me ahead of time "empty the car and get it detailed before you bring it in". Get rid of that EV person and hire a new person who cares about working. The tech didn't even rotate my tires like he was supposed to. Was that because of dog hair? And who the heck said my truck was being disassembled at noon? A lie. Clearly. This is no way to treat your customers. So tomorrow will be day three without my truck. All for 3 hours worth of warranty work. Buy your vehicles else where and get service elsewhere.
