“I had a very positive experience with the car salesman-Celestin Lovence who helped me purchase my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the car clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured, and he worked with me to find an option that fits my needs and budget. Overall, his excellent customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. “My experience with Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring was a very positive one. The Service Representative, Tonny Wambugu was excellent. He took the time and care to ensure that I received the best quality care. Tonny worked diligently with the mechanic, who was able to pinpoint the problem and correctly address the problem. His patience, knowledge and resourcefulness resulted in my having an overall great service experience. The manager, Tom was also instrumental in resolving a concern which resulted in a cost saving. I gladly give the experience a 5 Star rating.”

“This was one of the best experiences I have had with a new service center at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. The team made the entire process exceptional. During extremely cold weather following a snowstorm, with temperatures around 15 degrees, my vehicle would not start while I was out of town in Washington, DC for a birthday visit. I had the vehicle towed to Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring, where they were experiencing a significant backlog of service appointments and initially could not schedule repairs for several weeks.
Understanding that I was traveling from out of town, Tonny Wambugu and Tom Rodkey went above and beyond by making an exception to ensure my vehicle was serviced promptly. Their efforts helped me avoid extended hotel stays and additional expenses while the repairs were completed. The level of professionalism, consideration, and customer care was outstanding.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely return to Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring for future service needs while in the DMV area. Thank you again.”

His client-facing skillsets and his personality are definitely customer-focused and client-first! I make special trips into the dealership just to speak to Charlie and say, “Hello”! Why?
