“Again....no service after an appointment and wait. This is the second time I've had an appointment for a safety recall, and the second time I waited and nothing got done (separate issues). This time I specifically asked if both new issues can be done in one visit - the answer was "yes". I arrived and was told the part wasn't there for the more serious issue, but the other can be fixed. Nearly two hours later... they don't have the other part either - that's what digital and networked inventories are for! Why make appointments if parts aren't there? Just go somewhere else for your recall services. Update: first... it helps to call me by the correct name in your response. If you can't find my name in your system after many years of servicing my car, then your capabilities are revealed. There were maybe five people waiting for service that morning. This isn't that difficult if you cared.”
