“I rarely write reviews… I primarily save those for establishments that I feel go above and beyond for the customer. Silver Springs MD BMW has done that, to specifically recognize “Alex” from their service department. My daughter was visiting Maryland with her BMW 325, and ran into an issue with her accelerator, she was over four hours away from home. Being nervous and concerned and wanted to be cautious for her, I looked up the closest BMW service center, which was the Silver Springs MD location. I spoke to a representative on the phone that placed me on hold and transferred me to Alex. One must first understand it was mid afternoon and Presidents’ Day holiday. Alex advised me his Service Center was short-staffed, but after hearing my dilemma, he informed me to have her drive the vehicle to him. Alex had his team do a complete safety inspection, upon completion he sent me the video link detailing the process. There were no issues discovered during the inspection. He assured me the vehicle was safe to drive after taking it for a test drive before returning it to my daughter. I have never experienced such excellent customer service than I have with Silver Springs BMW, specifically Alex! Every BMW location we have dealt with are superb but Silver Springs BMW and Alex went above and beyond caring for their customer’s safety. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for perfect and honest customer satisfaction!

BMW of Silver Spring continues to set the bar for what a luxury dealership experience should be. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable.
Debbie Huynh is simply outstanding. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients long after the paperwork is signed. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles through her, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled the right way. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none.
On the service side, Joy Chilcoat is equally exceptional. She treats every visit with care, communicates clearly, and always makes you feel like a priority. It’s rare to find a service advisor who is both proactive and genuinely invested in the customer experience.... Joy absolutely is.

“I had an excellent experience buying our BMW x7 from Silver Spring BMW, thanks to Edwin. From the start, he really listened to what we needed and worked quickly to find an extremely close match with most of the options we wanted — and importantly, he helped us get it purchased before the end of the year so we could take advantage of the incentives and great financing rates.
Edwin also went above and beyond by pointing out an additional discount we could get through Navy Federal and helping us take advantage of it. When the car was delayed at the Baltimore port, he stayed on top of it and facilitated speedy transport so everything could be finalized before year-end. There were a few hiccups along the way, but he handled them professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
We live in Northern VA and initially shopped closer to home, but after a much better overall experience at Silver Spring, we’re really glad we made the trip. The attitude, pricing, and rates were all excellent.
Highly recommend working with Edwin at Silver Spring BMW — he’s knowledgeable, responsive, and truly looks out for his customers. I’m thrilled to be heading into the new year with a new car!”

“They had a vehicle that I just had to have. So I flew in early in the morning, test drove the vehicle, negotiated a fair deal and drove the vehicle home 6 hours in complete glory. My X5 was spotless and in immaculate condition. My salesman was Nate V. was very professional and courteous. The dealership was everything you would expect in a top notch BMW facility.”

“Love my new 2026 BMW X3 30i. A big adjustment from my last X3. No more knobs! This car is super high tech. All controls are in massive touch screen and requires a session with BMW Genius to help set it up and explain all features. It’s amazing! Praise and thanks to my BMW Genius, Amit Thanki, who was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable! Also big shout out to my salesman David Davila and to Joe Diss their excellent Service Manager! This is my 5th car purchase here. Love this dealership and staff! 5 stars!”
