“Everyone there gave us outstanding service from the first phone call right on through the repair. As travelers 11 hours from home, we were very happy that they did a terrific job at getting the problem diagnosed, parts ordered, and perfectly installed. Car trouble was not a hoped-for event, but Morlan Ford-Lincoln made the repair aspect become the least of our worries.”

We visited Morlan Ford to troubleshoot the issue. Their staff in the Service Department got us in promptly and back on the road without any problems! “i was told by chad wallace we could refinance after the first of the year. however i have left multiple messages and have never received a call back after them telling me they would. my husband and i have both called multiple times and have been given a cold shoulder. they even told me i had to go directly thru the finance company. . i purchased two new vehicles from them and the fact that they have been so unprofessional i felt i had to write this review as well as attach the card stating to call back to refinance”
