Listen, I love love everyone that works at this dealership. I know for a fact I drove Brad and Greg crazy but they were extremely professional and helpful during the entire process. I love my Grand Cherokee! I highly recommend this dealership, when it’s time to upgrade sexy grey I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for getting me into my dreamed vehicle.

I drove 1.5 hours one way to purchase a vehicle from Glenn E Thomas, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I first arrived, the vehicle I was there to see was parked in the back lot and was extremely dirty. The salesman and desk manager negotiated as expected, but the offer on my trade was extremely low, which felt like an attempt to make up for the negotiated sale price. Throughout the process, both the salesman and manager treated us as if they didn’t believe we were serious buyers. A few days later, I called and confirmed pricing with the salesman and told him I would be coming in to purchase the vehicle. I specifically asked if the vehicle could be detailed ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to spend more time at the dealership. When I arrived, the vehicle was still sitting in the back lot—dirty and untouched. In the finance department, I was repeatedly asked how much I planned to put down before being given a final price. I explained that I needed the final number first. After some back and forth, I was finally given a figure and stated my down payment. When I then showed my pre-approval letter, the finance representative abruptly stood up and said, “Guess you don’t need me,” and walked away. The interaction was awkward and unprofessional. I made it clear I was not interested in trading in my vehicle, yet I was still asked about it again. I was then told to wait until finance finished with another customer. That wait lasted over an hour. When we finally met with Sonja, things quickly went downhill. She aggressively pushed GAP insurance and an extended warranty despite me repeatedly saying no. She kept insisting she “wasn’t making anything” off these products and continued pitching premium plans for at least 15 minutes. She even broke the cost down per day as a sales tactic. After I firmly stated I didn’t want to discuss it anymore, she began slamming papers on the desk and into the printer—completely unprofessional behavior. The issues didn’t stop after the sale. The next day, I called about scratches all over the valve cover and asked if the plastic cover could be replaced. I was told they’d look into it and never heard back. The following day, the radio went completely black and stopped working. While I understand mechanical issues can happen, I was told service would call me the next day—and they never did. Had another dealership had the vehicle I wanted, I would not have purchased from Glenn E Thomas. Once the sale was complete, it was clear they did not care what happened afterward. My advice to anyone considering this dealership: • Sell or trade your vehicle elsewhere • Walk in with a pre-approved loan • Skip their extended warranty and buy directly from Mopar when they email you later I ended up selling my car elsewhere for significantly more and secured a loan with a 1.3% lower interest rate. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this dealership.

I’ve went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2024 dodge vehicle that I purchase in 2024. Sincerely I wasn’t very satisfy it took them 5hrs for me to get my car back tire psi level was low at 26psi that should’ve been 30psi level minimal make me think if they even did the tire rotation at all but again just a thought. to end it I realized someone swap my new Gen1 leather key chain I have received two new ones when purchase of the vehicle the one I have now is very worn out about to break plus my keys were organized not separated from each other. Car run smooth of course it needed an oil change I’m a step away to do my own oil change since I’m a lubed mechanic myself instead of paying for someone else to do the job that now I hardly trust. Cool place & people as far as I know just disappointed of yesterday visit.

I had a really FANTASTIC experience with Glenn E. Thomas DCJ Dealership! Just took home a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited!! Greg in sales was definitely the most thorough and engaged rep that I’ve ever worked with at any dealership. Sonia in Finance was available to answer all my questions. Everyone seemed to have TIME to listen and address my questions and concerns! The vehicle is just what I wanted and I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking to drive home a really amazing vehicle and feel great about the deal!
