The work was completed on time, the communication was clear throughout the process, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. I will be back for future maintenance.

“Service department did a great job of quickly resolving, under warranty, a transmission issue we had. Was back in a few days later for state vehicle inspection, which was also quick and easy. When there for the inspection they also vacuumed the interior, which was nice, but neither time did they give the car a wash which thought they would have - especially with the dirty, salty roads right now.”

“As in the past, I called for an appointment and was able to set up a convenient time to accommodate my trip from Connecticut.
I was met on-time by my service technician Phil who took care of the required paperwork and listen to all my comments and concerns.
The work was completed in a timely manner and provided the feedback on my concerns.
Excellent customer service and friendly and efficient staff. My compliments to the team.

“My wife and I live in Connecticut and were visiting our son at WPI on a cold December day. As we pulled out of the school garage, we found out that one of our GLC300 tires was entirely flat. It appeared that it caught a nail as we were driving to Worcester that morning. We called the Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, which was the nearest service center, and they gladly invited us to come over to replace the tires. The center was 5 miles away, so we drove there slowly as the “no flat” tire allowed us to do that. The people at the center took our car to service right away. They were very polite, courteous, and attentive, replacing all four tires, which were fairly worn out, for the price of three (thanks to the promotion). They completed the job in less an hour and a half, so we were back on the road very quickly. The service center was new, very clean, and spacious with a variety of refreshments and beverages. We had a great experience, and I highly recommend the Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury to everyone.”
