I received a call and was offered to purchase a new vehicle as the recall was not available for repair. From the moment I arrived at Orr Nissan the staff and owner went out of their way to treat me like family. I was unsure what I really wanted to do as far as the purchase. The owner sent me home in a 2026 Rouge and had my 2022 repaired. The next day I called and had them get my paperwork ready!
