“I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned 2023 Mustang Mach E from Geoff Penske GMC. The car was priced very well. The process was seamless. Jared "Nice guy" already had the car pulled up and ready for the test drive when I got to the dealership. The car was to my liking so we talked the numbers after. The pricing was very straightforward. I was very pleased with No bogus dealership invented charges like "nitrogen tire package". It is my first EV car and Jared was very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect with milage and especially charging. We were able to bargain for the price and they even gave me a adaptor to charge at Tesla charge stations. Jared had informed me from the get go that the car was a out of state trade in so getting PA title will be a long process. It took about 3 + weeks to get the title. Jared graciously answered/ returned phone calls keeping us updated. I had a pre-approval offer and the loan officer was able to find me an interest rate lower than that. On the day we picked up the car, there was some more selling of the products they offered but nothing was in your face or shady tactics. The loan officer helped us understand to opt for the gap insurance since EVs depreciate so fast. I usually dread going to a dealership and doing questionnaire conversation where they measure you and try to sell/pressure you "what is your monthly payment budget?" But I honestly didn't feel any of that at all. Jared really is a genuinely nice and a helpful person. Only blemish in the whole process was when I was ready to leave we realized that the car was missing the included charger and tire repair/change kit. This likely happened while the car was at detailing (they send cars to a 3rd party). Jared helped me again and gave me a GMC charger which they include with their vehicles. I'm still bitter someone swiped the Ford inflatable repair kit. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. Your criteria and experience might end up being different than mine. But at the end of the day, you want to be able to trust the people you do business with and feel like got a good deal. With people at this dealership I think you have a good chance of getting both. “Great experience. Customer service was 5 stars. Jared “The Nice Guy” Homan was great to deal with. Even after the sale, he was never too busy to answer a question or pick up the phone. Would highly recommend reaching out to him if looking for your next vehicle. He literally went a few hundred miles out of his way to find us what we were looking for.”

“Fair deal for a nice truck. Rejecting my military service was frustrating, they still presented a reasonable trade in offer to compensate. 4.5 hours was way to long to be there since I was not haggling over cost only the rejection of my military discount. Zach was a wonderful person to work with and deserves five stars. Others I only get brief introductions. It was otherwise a very good place to get a vehicle and I would purchase from this dealer again. I don’t buy excuses and wait here I will speak with my manager responses. The deal is not between salesman and manager so I do not like that. Bumps in the road, as there were a few but I can live with that. Example 3.9 rate turns into 4.9. Still don’t understand that. Needed MyID account for military discount despite government proof etc. well done”
