“Used to love this place. Bought 4 trucks here and they finally screwed me. Seamus the salesman is good Felipe is a good finance guy. The GM is a piece of garbage. We had a trade in value set for my truck, a sales value for the truck I was buying. Insurance put on the new truck, I had my trade in cleaned out, extra keys brought in. Signed the carfax papers, signed the trade in order. GM came in and said I have to pay $3000 more or I can’t have the truck. GM destroyed the deal and wasted 3 hours of my day. Massive pile of trash after I’ve been nothing but a loyal customer to them for years. Disappointed”
