“It’s now been almost 4 weeks and I’m still waiting for my paperwork to processed so I can take it to the bmv. Not only did they mess up the paperwork multiple times, they told me before I did signed anything that they were proof reading paperwork. I caught them with another vehicle in the paper work while signing, which I’m glad I caught. They also decided to increase the cost of my vehicle by 3k above the listing price without telling me. I only found out after signing it. And the reason? It was because it makes it look “better” for the bank. They have botched this sale, I’ve used them before, but I will NEVER use them again, not even for service. If you have any doubts about hunker ford, just run the other way.”

“Update: I have continued to communicate with staff throughout the week. They have worked hard to find another truck for me. Communication has been better and even met with the manager today during a test drive. While we didn't get the deal done today on a truck, I am confident that my initial experience was used as a learning experience and proper corrective measures were taken as they described in their response to my initial review. Me and my family did not have a good experience. Contacted the dealership to see if a truck listed was still available. Andrew stated yes. At 9:15am they confirmed us for a 10:15am test drive. When we arrived, we were checked in, only to be told the truck was no longer available as it had been sold. I understand that happens but we were informed someone walked in at 9am and stated they wanted the truck and they were just finishing the paperwork with that person. The reason for the 1 star is the lack of communication and poor customer experience by allowing me and my family to drive all the way to the dealership when they knew someone was actively purchasing the truck. PS this was a totally great way to start my birthday... not!”

“The experience here with Tony & Joe was beyond extraordinary. I could not have asked for more professional, down to earth, honest and very sincere people to help me find a safe & very reliable vehicle. The patience & dedication they had for helping me was proven from the moment I walked in to 3 days later with a new vehicle. Spencer, the Finance manager, played a huge role also, he worked diligently to make this deal happen on the finance end. I really can not thank everyone enough for what they have done for me & my family of four. I finally feel like I can breathe now knowing that I am covered in a safe vehicle with a nice warranty and that when I get on the road that I will not have anything to worry about except for the other drivers haha. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for this experience. They take extremely good care of their customers. If you want to not only be treated as family but taken care of as family- go here. Seriously, you won’t regret it!”

“Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase. There were a few issues with the truck I wanted to purchase and they were completely up front about it and fixed it. I never once, as a female, felt like they were just trying to get me to just make the purchase. I will be a return customer and have told everyone I know about my great experience there.”

“Updated May 2025 The truck purchased in 2020 (mentioned below) eventually began exhibiting the issues known with regard to the 2020 5.0L V8 engines. I reached out to Hubler and was able to make contact with Devon Griffith who is a new Sales Manager since I dealt with this dealership last. Devon took my request for a meeting with him and came equipped based on our brief discussion to make that time productive. Long story short we met in the middle on a number on a new truck and while it was certainly not in my five year plan to saddle up to a new loan for 5 years, I have to give a lot of credit to Devon for 1- dealing with me directly 2- treating me with respect which in the time post sales in 2020 had been lacking and soured our relationship on the support side. Tony (salesperson) assisted on closing the paperwork and he was great to work with and I do have his cell number if needed. I come out of this situation with a refreshed view on Hubler and hopefully we have solidly rewritten our narrative on the business relationship we hold going forward. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- April 2020 Dealt with Dan Orr, who was recommended to me by a friend. Prior to my appointment I emailed him three trucks that I had looked at online and my specific desires for the truck I may purchase. When I arrived he not only had the three trucks I emailed him about on hand and ready for me to view, but he also browsed the inventory and found a few options for me to drive that I hadn't seen. In the end it was one of those trucks that I decided on. The final deal maker was that I had a request regarding the wheel and tires that I needed addressed, Dan made this happen and we signed the paperwork. So far I have been very pleased with my experience and would recommended Dan to anyone I knew. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because I found that Ford apparently doesn't make it easy to find trucks with various options or to custom order, in the end I had to give up two options I really wanted to find.”
