We got to take a good look at the car ('08 Toyota Prius), ask questions, look over the Carfax together. Car was cleaned up very nicely, well detailed, everything on the website was up front and matched what we saw in person. Joe worked to get us a payment that worked with our budget, was super kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable of things and didn't rush any part of the process despite us showing up with an hour to close.
