“I'm not the first one and won't be the last to give them bad review. Service Dept. is always overbooked, don't expect your car to be looked at the same day. Every time and this has been many times, drop car of in the morning, then get contacted at the end of the day letting me know they don't have time to look at that day. Why does one even bother making appointments, when they just overbook themselves, and they don't care. I have spoken to many managers there and it goes nowhere. If your shop is full stop taking appointments, it is really that simple. What should only take day to get something fixed can take a week or longer. If you complain to them, they don't care. Remember when buying car you will most likely get it serviced at the same place. No matter how great the car buying experience is it all goes down hill the first time you need service. I urge everyone to who has had the same experience to write a review. I urge anyone looking to buy car go somewhere else, just don't use them. When you get the service surveys give them one star on everything, this info sent to Jeep Chrysler, they need to be aware of the how this service dept is run.”

“I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely disgusted and betrayed I feel after our experience with this dealership. We purchased a used 2014 Dodge Ram — yes, as-is, we understood that — but what we didn't understand is that we were essentially handing over our hard-earned money for a truck that would be sitting completely inoperable in our driveway just one month later.
Within weeks of purchase, the exhaust filter, DEF system, and throttle control lights all came on. The truck went into limp mode and gave us a 150-mile countdown to get it serviced. We took it to a reputable, independent mechanic who spent $350 trying to diagnose it and couldn't even pinpoint the root cause — and they told us, point blank, that a truck at this stage of life should NOT be exhibiting these kinds of systemic failures. They advised us to go back to the dealership, saying most honest dealers would be willing to work something out in a situation like this.
So we did. And that's where things went from bad to absolutely infuriating.
We were brushed off by the sales manager without so much as a second thought. We then reached out to our salesman, Paul Talbot, forwarded our full diagnostic report, and spent nearly a MONTH going back and forth trying to get someone — anyone — to do the right thing. A month. While our truck sat dead in our driveway. While we continued making loan payments on a vehicle we couldn't drive.
After all of that, the best this dealership could offer us was a trade-in value so low we'd be catastrophically upside-down on our loan. When we asked — begged, really — if they could at least get the truck to an operational state, the answer was a cold, flat no. That's it. That's all they had for us.
I am not naïve. I know what "as-is" means. But there is a difference between legal obligation and basic human decency. There is a difference between what you're required to do and what is simply the RIGHT thing to do for a customer who trusted you. This dealership knows nothing about that distinction.
We now own a truck that is nothing more than a very expensive, immovable lawn ornament — and a loan we are legally bound to keep paying on it. The financial and emotional toll this has taken on our family is real, and this dealership couldn't care less.
Do yourself a favor: do not buy from here. Do not trust Paul Talbot. If anyone ever asks me for a dealership recommendation, I will make sure they know exactly what happened to us here. This was the definition of "too good to be true," and we are paying the price for it every single day.”

“Never thought shopping for a truck in minus 5 degree weather would be such an enjoyable experience. I worked with Zane a very knowledgeable sales representative that actually listen to me in what i was looking for - I arrived closed to closing, as he still took the time in working with me and getting Mangers both trade in and finance engaged - by 2:30 PM the following day i was out the door in my new Rig. Zane and Team thank you for your times spent with me as i felt as a valued customer in the outstanding service that i received. Apple CRJR is a great dealership that gives you a familiar feeling.”

“Thank you Shakopee Apple Autos for everything you did to create such a new car-buying happy ending!! Tyler bent over backwards - and jumped through hoops - to make sure we ended up more than satisfied and in the right vehicle. I'm truly speechless how much he genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Similarly Chad (the finance manager) did the same. This was hands-down one of the best overall customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about buying a car, this is the place to go. You’ll be treated with respect, honesty, and care. Thank you again Tyler and Chad!”

“So we bought a truck about three weeks ago. Two days after the coolant light comes on. They stated that they did a full inspection and everything looked good. We'll I went to get my tires rotated today and they said my brakes were almost metal on metal. Should have probably been addressed before selling. Yes I know I bought a used truck. Very disappointed in their " complete inspection " make sure you get a full insepction if you decide to buy used. I do have messages from our salesman also that stated its been through inspection and everything looks great. But my back brakes were metal on metal and the fronts are in the yellow at a 4..
Edit.. to their response I have called three times and left two voicemail with no returns..
Still no returned calls..
Month later and 4 voicemails.. no returns nice business guys!”
