“Absolutely horrible service.
I haven’t even had my car for six months, and the radio/screen system already goes in and out. I was talked into purchasing a warranty, yet when I called to have the issue fixed, I was told they would not even look at the warranty paperwork to tell me if it’s covered unless I paid them $250 just for them to “diagnose” it. What exactly was the point of selling me a warranty if you refuse to honor it without charging me more money?
I have called multiple times and continue to get the runaround. I am constantly transferred, sent to voicemail, or told someone will call me back yet no one ever does. Most of the time the mailboxes are full, which makes it clear they have no intention of helping their customers after the sale is complete.
Before you respond publicly to this review with a generic reply, why don’t you actually reach out to me and fix the radio/screen issue under the warranty I paid for? Standing behind your product and your word would go much further than trying to save face in the comments.
I also made it very clear from the beginning that I was pre-approved through Capital One and instructed them to only use Capital One. Instead, they ran my credit through multiple lenders anyway, which dropped my credit score by 30 points. That level of disregard for a customer’s explicit instructions is unacceptable.
This experience has made it feel like once they get you in a vehicle and out the door, they no longer care. I regret trusting them and would strongly caution others to be careful.

“Thank you for your reply, but your response does not reflect my actual experience.
At no point during the purchase process was I informed of any 2-year suspension warranty. The service department never mentioned a warranty, coverage, or that any of the concerns could potentially be repaired at no cost. Everything you are now stating publicly was never communicated to me in person.
Additionally, I was asked for payment for a diagnostic fee before the truck was even looked at. So I’m not sure how it can be claimed that a repair would have been covered or that the diagnostic would have been waived if that was never explained and payment was requested upfront.
As for the IOU — an agreement is an agreement. There was no timeline communicated to me that would void it after a certain period. If your dealership states something will be fixed, then your word should stand behind it. Expanding the issue does not change the original commitment that was made.
If what you are stating here is accurate, then I would appreciate a direct phone call to explain why none of this was disclosed to me at the time of purchase or during my service visit. I am more than willing to have that conversation — but it needs to be transparent and honest.
I expect accountability, not rewritten explanations after the fact.”

“My husband and I came in to just take a look at a vehicle he had seen on the website. Christine Glass came over to ask us if we needed any help and she told us the details about the vehicle and we took a test drive. I’ve never had a good experience so we were not expecting to get a vehicle the same day but this is exactly what we were looking for. The care Christine and the whole team gave us while we were getting the finance information was phenomenal. She even took us on a tour of the new facility. We will be doing business with them again for the next vehicle.”

“I wasn’t looking for a truck but was given a suggestion by Brenda in internet sales to look at a couple vehicles in addition to the Chrysler 300 which I was coming to buy. The service was great . Mike the salesman’s went above and beyond as I ran him pretty hard but he was very good. He’s a great guy and I’ll refer him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. As for the Financial Advisor Kelly. I absolutely loved her , not only was she easy on the eyes , she was smart and lead me in the right direction getting me to the monthly payment I needed to be at. Kudo’s to Kelly for her professional services at Suncoast as I will be referring people at MacDill AFB where I work to utilize your store for future vehicle purchases, repairs and maintenance. Thank you all for your time ! Best of luck moving into your new building , it looks high tech and there’s an amazing view from the top of the parking garage.”
