“Nick Gonzales was amazing, helped us buy our new car. We showed up to the lot with what we had in mind, and immediately had our picks ready to test drive with in secs. He really let us relax and enjoy our test driving experience. Once inside he was very knowledgeable and never showed us anything outside of our budget.”

“Prior to going car shopping, we knew we wanted a Mazda. We looked up different locations and decided to visit this dealership.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Nick. He asked a couple of questions about what we were looking for—without being pushy or making us feel pressured.
We took our time walking around the lot and looking at several different cars. Nick never steered us toward vehicles we weren’t interested in; instead, he kept us focused on the various Mazda options they had available.
We finally narrowed it down to two SUVs and took them for a test drive.
Decision made!
I’ve always felt intimidated by the financial process, but Nick, Mauricio, and Juan made it seamless and smooth. We left as happy customers with our new 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus.”

2. Poor Service
Friday I have to say I spoke with one of the most helpful Car Service person ive ever had the pleasure of speaking. Louie Soliz is the Service Manager of the Selma Jeep Dodge Ram location. Again its more rare for me to comment but in this case I reached out to find out the status on my 2016 Jeep. The lady said the Service Manager was in a meeting but she would have him call me. He texted me within 5 minutes. He then walked me through the service, what they had done what was still to be done and when the car would be ready. Such a pleasant experience that I felt I had to come share it with others. Louie thank you for the five start service!”
