“I made an appointment for an oil change and while on the phone with the service dept I explained that our taillights wouldn't go out and ran our battery down. The gentleman suggested I get a new battery and see if it solved the problem. It did. He didn't have to tell me that. He could have added it to my appointment and charge me for it, but he didn't. Also my husband is hard of hearing and I let the service dept know that they needed to approach my husband instead of calling his name overhead.
