Bought my dream car a Ford Edge at Jim O Neal, very satisfied with the process, Jason and Zach were awesome and a pleasure to work with they made sure I was taken care of! Todd the manger was extremely polite and was patient with me, I had a great car buying experience at this Ford dealership!

Zac Nolan was a pleasure to work with the last yr almost. Back in March I went in looking for a certain make model yr milage price range and anytime something came thru he thought I'd be interested in he contacted me and finally I found The Explorer I wanted. Took me long enough but he made every step of the way easy and a breeze hr max and I was in and out on my way with my car!!! Thanks for the great experience!!!

I called three times to get a simple estimate on a few parts needing to be replaced on one of our vehicles. The first time I was hung up on in the 30 seconds it took to step outside and retrieve my VIN number. Cool, not a big deal people get busy and have other people to tend to. I called back with the VIN number and was told they would call me back shortly. The remaining five hours they were open passed and no call. Cool, maybe they forgot that’s understandable. I called a third time into the next day and was met with the same response and outcome. After hours waiting around and many failed attempts to get a call back I gave up. I moved thirty minutes away from where I used to live recently and always took our vehicles to Ford there for any service work we needed. I will not be taking my business to the one here anytime in the future and the laziness and incompetence absolutely infuriates me.

My recent service with Jim O'Neal Ford was flawless. I made the appointment with the date and time I wanted. My appointment started early and was performed on time. After the service, my car was returned to where I dropped it off. The service manager and cashier were friendly. I have been going to Jim O'Neal for several years, and I have always had flawless service. Living in a metropolitan area, I have several service options, but I prefer to drive 30 minutes to Jim O'Neal Ford.

Jason James was an amazing salesperson. He listened to everything I needed and wanted out of a Ford Transit. He communicated with me every step of the way. The whole sales team was amazing and super helpful with any questions I had. They really did go above and beyond to help me and I’ll be back for future cars.
