I want to give credit where it's due.
I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick from this dealership, and during the process there was an honest mistake made on the buyer's order involving a rebate. Once it was caught internally, it created a stressful situation, but what mattered most was how it was handled.
Todd Beyl stepped in on the numbers side and worked through the issue professionally, and Brady Nolot (ask for him btw) was solid throughout the entire process communicative, respectful, and straightforward. In the end, management honored the original signed deal exactly as agreed, which says a lot about the integrity of the dealership.
Buying a vehicle doesn't always go perfectly, but standing behind your word matters. They owned the mistake and made it right instead of pushing it onto the customer.
If you're looking for a dealership that treats people fairly and does the right thing when it counts, l'd absolutely recommend working with this team”

“I called three times to get a simple estimate on a few parts needing to be replaced on one of our vehicles. The first time I was hung up on in the 30 seconds it took to step outside and retrieve my VIN number. Cool, not a big deal people get busy and have other people to tend to. I called back with the VIN number and was told they would call me back shortly. The remaining five hours they were open passed and no call. Cool, maybe they forgot that’s understandable. I called a third time into the next day and was met with the same response and outcome. After hours waiting around and many failed attempts to get a call back I gave up. I moved thirty minutes away from where I used to live recently and always took our vehicles to Ford there for any service work we needed. I will not be taking my business to the one here anytime in the future and the laziness and incompetence absolutely infuriates me.”

“We had a great experience with purchasing 2 new vehicles from Jim O’Neal. I couldn’t recommend the sales and other affiliated departments with the sales more. The problems came when service was needed.
I stopped by the day after the check engine light came on in my 23 Bronco Sport that is still under warranty. Let them know we had tried the recommendation on the app and the check engine light still stayed on. After filling out the check in paper I was notified that they would need my vehicle a couple of days for this. So I would have been left without a vehicle for a check engine light and no back up options given by then. The service advisor was cold and an older gentleman sweeping the floor had an attitude the minute I pulled into the building.
For this business to have such a warm and welcoming front of the building the service department leaves much to be desired. I have been a loyal customer for several years and after this experience will not be back.”

“Jason James was an amazing salesperson. He listened to everything I needed and wanted out of a Ford Transit. He communicated with me every step of the way. The whole sales team was amazing and super helpful with any questions I had. They really did go above and beyond to help me and I’ll be back for future cars.”
