“I bought a 2007 Acadia on 12-19-2025 and the sales associate was Dylan. I knew the car had some issues (even the defrost was working) but I was assured the engine was fine. The car has catastrophic engine failure as of 02-05-2026 no more than 6 weeks after I bought it. Now I have to take action. Dylan knew I was recently unemployed and homeless and I would be sleeping in the car. He for some reason said I had disability income even though I didn't and informed him I didn't as soon as he wrote it. He just wanted to make a sale. So for the small amount of commission he is willing to take advantage of people. I went to a dealership and not to Craigslist to have piece of mind that the car was inspected. Dylan then tried to sell me another car which the Internet describes as a shell game. I asked to take the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection and was immediately told they don't want to sell me the car now. I see on their reviews that many cars only last 2 months. Mine lasted 6 weeks and now I have to sue. I'm going to continue to leave reviews, take consumer protection action, and pray for the people who are preying on their own community with no remorse or hesitation. They have decided money is more important than integrity or the welfare of others.”
