“Bought a truck from them. Nice truck but I drove 3 hours to get a truck that was pictured, but because someone was buying a more expensive truck and they wanted the tires that were on the truck i was driving up to buy. I show up and the dealership throws these oversized off road tires on it. So I'm like ok I can deal with it, not what I wanted but drove that whole way. I'm at my mechanics shop getting the tires done today and the dealership didn't put the key to the locks in my truck. I bought the truck in August of 2024 and have nothing but issues with the truck. 1st month the water pump went out. As I told them I smelled antifreeze. They lie and tell you that you have to buy a warranty. Biggest lie ever. The dealership today said they don't even remember the deal and got shitty with me on the phone and said they won't do anything about it. Don't buy from them unless you want shady business and crappy vehicles. Thanks Dylan from Brian harris. Picture on right is what I came to buy and wheels on left were on truck. Still waiting for management to get ahold of me 4 days later. Is the owner a liar too. Update on truck, drove the truck 13,000 miles and the transmission went out. Now I'm not saying its the car lots fault. When buying a used car make sure you really have it looked over. The warranty they sell is ok. Superior Protection doesn't want to cover anything and when they do its very little. Out of pocket the transmission still cost me $1,000, not the $100 deductible they state. So may or may not want to go with there warranty. Also they'll say the bank requires it, thats a lie. No bank will ever require you to have a warranty.”

“Called Brian Harris used cars in Selah today hoping to find something even though my credit isn’t the best right now. I talked to Chris on the phone, and he was so friendly. Right off the bat he listened to my situation, and got back to me quick about a car. He found me something reliable and in amazing condition, and worked with me and my low credit situation.
