“This place sucks! I paid full price for an '08 Nissan Pathfinder and traded in a Buick Rendezvous for far less than it's trade-in value. The online ad said I would receive a $500 gas card, which I've asked for five times, and never received. There was a dent that needed to be repaired, so the Pathfinder was traded for a loaner for about a week. I was very dismayed to realized I would be in another Buick Rendezvous, worse than the one I traded in. Coming home from work, the Buick died in the middle of the highway. I had to pay to have it towed, and I was not reimbursed. I was about 25 miles from home and had to have a friend pick me up. An officer pulled over to see if I needed help and informed me the plates on the vehicle did not belong to that vehicle. Shortly after I got the Pathfinder back, I realized it needed new brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and new tires. I guess I should have taken someone with me that knew more about cars, but I don't know anyone like that! In December got a toll bill for the Buick for $28. I called and was told to send they bill and Daniel would take care of it. He said the vehicle would not be taken out of my name until someone bought it. I got another bill for $148 and called and was told to send it and it would be taken care of. It was sent about six weeks ago and I'm still getting bills. Now I have to go to the Dept. of Licensing and pay for a copy of my Release of Interest to be sent in order to clear this up. Also, there was a pair of jumper cables and a Nintendo DS left in the back of the Buick. When I called the same day of the trade to ask that they be set aside, I was told that Tony would look for them. I called twice to follow up and was told he would look into it. I have called a total of EIGHT times and every single time I have been transferred to someone's voicemail or been disconnected. No one has ever returned a call. It is scary to think someone is driving the Buick and it is still in my name. These people are dishonest and will rip you off! Do NOT buy from them!”

“DELIGHTED!! Ahmed was the nicest car salesman I've ever encountered (and I've been through many over the years!!). Courteous, not pushy, attentive to my requests, and just a very likeable guy!
The sales manager knocked my socks off when I first arrived through the door, he offered to go across the parking lot and get me a latte! Now that's customer service!
Ahmed made the experience of test driving vehicles so much fun and when I expressed that I just wasn't sold on the vehicles driven so far, he intuitively knew what was going to be the perfect vehicle to meet my needs and wants. I am so tickled with my shiny little/big SUV!! Kudos to you, Ahmed!!
Next came the finance man, Mark, and yet another wonderful experience. SO nice, and funny, and he just made the whole process so relaxed and, am I really going to say this? - ENJOYABLE!? Yep, even the paperwork process was great!
I got the car I wanted, the financing I wanted, the service I didn't know was even possible anymore, and am so pleased with First National Fleet & Lease, and crew! Now just so you know this isn't a fake good review, the women's restroom needs an upgrade, badly, and the whole facility could use a facelift! I fear the roof may cave in. But I wasn't there for asthetics, I was there for a good deal and a good car and no hassles. I had some AWFUL experiences at other dealers in the south end leading up to my visit to this car lot, so check them out and may your experience be as good. I know Ahmed will make it a good experience for you.
Sincerely, Delighted Customer MB”

“The main location is nice and appealing to the eye, the location where I was directed to meet with my salesman was less than desirable. The building is run down, dirty and simply looks shady. Fortunately, it DOES NOT reflect the service I received while purchasing my car.
Carlos was a very friendly helpful salesman who made me feel very comfortable. I went about searching for a car by myself, Carlos seemed to recognize that and maintained my boundaries. When I found a car that I loved, they quickly found financing and let me take the car over night before purchasing.
There were a few small issues that needed to be fixed with the car, one being the airbag fault light was on. They promised to fix the issues on my list and this was completed as requested, Carlos even came in on his day off to meet me on my day off.
Unfortunately, the airbag fault light is on again and the diagonistic testing is going to cost me $100.00 and then the fee to fix the problem.
Overall, it was a great experience and I LOVE my new VW Passat. My advise to the owner or manager...clean the small lot up, make it look nice, like you would want your mom buying a car there.
Great staff and especially my friend Carlos.
Thanks guys!”

“i havent bought the truck i am looking at yet, but so far they have got me approved for it as a first time buyer in a day... which is a little fishy since it was only over the phone. later that day i came in to test drive the truck. was told there was no problems with it mechanically, right off the bat the truck had a steering proble, (loose tie-rod ends) and that ended the drive quickly. since then i have been told that they are fixing the problem. the office was really a broken down old shack... not very impressive... and there were friends of the workers just hanging out in the 'office' crowding up the place. going back for a test drive again once its fixed. we'll see where it goes from there. i will be writing another post after the ordeal is overwith so those of you who want a real report will be pleased with someone who is a little more mild tempered than others, and not a possible employee of the company... i will be as helpful as possible on the next post so if your looking at this today considering 1st national fleet and lease... look again in the next couple days!!!!”
