“Pay attention to the used car sales side. There is 3k in hidden add on as soon as you enter the building. My, as advertised on CARGURU truck was $26777, automatically went to $29777. You have to earn the 3k back, by bringing in a trade in, and use one of their lenders. Sales manager made it abundantly clear about a 3 year drive train warranty. They slipped another, on top of theirs, 3 year warranty. Ive tried several times to talk to someone there about this. Ignored. How many times being ignored makes Arbitration complete? Not getting alot of help on this. Secodarily, throughout the entire time the Sales Manager is telling you there is a 36 month drive train warranty. Right at the end we words a question that if you say yes, they add an outside company's maintenance plan for Just under 4k. That company will not cancel it, I have to talk to where I purchased it from. Im on my 2nd attempt to resolve this. If nothing happens, im going to assume that Arbitration has failed and im allowed to use Governmental and legal options to recover the funds.”
