“Recently purchased a 2022 gmc sierra 1500 limited at Hertrich Buick/GMC seaford, and thought a dealership would be the best place to buy, NOT! Tire had a slow leak, as it had to be aired up to test drive, engine air filter was at 0% life, I pulled it ,never changed and oil life was never reset, but sticker indicated oil was changed. The mirror folding function ,driver side is intermediate. Took the truck back ,within two weeks, to have these problems addressed. The person calling himself a used car sales manager, would not approve the $20 air filter, and also wanted to charge me $42.50 for the tire patch. Also the service writer said the mirror was not constant, and would have to charge me. Got the sales person involved, as he knew about the leaking tire and he ended up paying for the patch. Used car sales manager wouldn't even turn around and address me at the end of the counter. I have a retired used car manager in the family, and this person has no integrity, sell sell sell, screw what's right. LOST MY BUSINESS ,both in sales and service!!”
