“Chris Montagna in Sales was awesome! I worked in car sales and have had a lot of experiences with salesmen and Chris by far is my favorite. No pressure.. super easy to deal with and would recommend anyone to see him!!”

“The service dept was very helpful, I was only there for a minor issue but Dolores was so nice and accommodating! I was going to Uber to a local shop while I waited and she offered their free shuttle service - it was so convenient and Joe, the driver was so kind and even came back to take me back to the garage. When I got back, my car was ready and Dolores even had them fix one of the recalls that was out on it. Great service, thank you - you made what could have been a stressful day very pleasant :)”

“The service department is pretty disrespectful and will not answer the phones and you can show up stand dead in front of them they can't be bothered to even look up away from the computer to greet you. The lady that sits on the far left closes to the snack machine is there worst by far that girl is so stuck up and uppity. The disappointment when dealing with this half of the establishment had caused me to seek repairs and other jeep dealers. I'm now scheduled for repairs at another store as well as speaking to them about a new purchase. I won't buy another vehicle here and I'm very unlikely to go here for repairs ever again. Expect rude and uppity customer service reps. Be prepared even after scheduling service and they promise in snd out to be there for at least 3 hours over a oil change . I really miss Phil the new manager is pretty bad. Wish beyond all measure you would restaff the service department.”

“Had a really terrible experience with the service department. I had an inspection appt at 10:30am.
3 hours later they tell me my jeep wouldn't pass inspection cus I have a cracked windshield (even tho it's only in the corner and not in my line of sight which I thought was the standard) So she said if I get it replaced in 30 days I could come back and they'd put the stickers on for $13 since the rest would already be done.
Cool. No prob. So I schedule a glass appt, which is only $50 bucks with my insurance.
So another hour goes by.. so at this point I'm waiting 4 hours total. Then she calls me up and was like "actually they didn't do any work because of the windshield..."
So they did NOTHING. NO INSPECTION. In four hours 😳 Why on earth wouldn't you tell me that right from the start?
So I took an entire day off of work and got nothing accomplished. I may return to buy a vehicle since I had a good experience with Chris Montagna but I certainly will not be taking my vehicles there for service.”
